I have paid on Paypal for 5 hours (Nuku Hiva) and have received the confirmation of payment from Paypal - Transaction ID: 33F70564DJ729815U but still cannot access the internet - all rather frustrating!! Please advise why your service is not working and the relevant refund procedure should you not be able to supply internet facilities. Regards Aquila
