Hello:

I had an issue this morning loging out and was unable to get a log out confirmation due to my original connection timed out then I lost your signal. I assumed I was disconnected but I just tried to log on and ALL MY TIME IS GONE! Please have a look at my account and if possible can you credit me back my minutes? Surely there is a better system to log off as I have heard many people complain about exactly this same scenario. Many thanks for your help.
